Integration with T&A
Ceequel® systems offer a fully integrated solution for all your access control needs, utilising the same I.D cards & hardware as our Time & Attendance system. The data collected can be used exclusively for access control or in conjunction with Time & Attendance, fire register and employee tracking, thus removing the need for duplicate swipes.
Ceequel® AccessControl shares the same database as all our other modules including Time & Attendance, Human Resources and Employee Productivity Tracking. Which means employee data is only stored once, in one database for all systems, making your data much more secure. Once a leave date is entered into any of the modules the employees's card will stop allowing access as of that date.
Where required, Access Times can be linked to the employees shift pattern and access can be restricted when an employee returns to work after a particular type of absence, this is particularly useful within the food industry. All of the employee access permissions can be setup within Time and Attendance and these can be on an individual, group or shift pattern bases making Ceequel® AccessControl a truly unique integrated solution.
