Ceequel® Access Control gives organisations complete control over who can enter their premises, where they are permitted to go and when access should be granted.
The system can manage a single doorway, multiple buildings or an entire estate from one central platform, helping protect employees, visitors, equipment, information and restricted areas.
Standalone or Fully Integrated
Although Ceequel Access Control forms part of the wider Ceequel Software Suite, it can also be purchased as a completely standalone module.
This makes it suitable for organisations that need a dedicated access control solution but do not require Time and Attendance, HR or any other Ceequel software.
The system can also be expanded and integrated with additional Ceequel modules as requirements develop.

Facial recognition templates can be removed instantly from every device across the estate with a single click. Likewise, lost or stolen cards and key fobs can be deactivated immediately, while temporary access permissions can be configured to expire automatically at a specified date, ensuring access rights remain secure and up to date.
Ceequel supports a range of access methods, including facial recognition, proximity cards, fobs, fingerprint biometrics, PIN verification and vehicle access using License Plate Recognition.
Integration with Time and Attendance
Ceequel® Access Control provides a fully integrated solution for managing and securing access across your organisation. It uses the same identification methods, facial biometric devices and hardware as Ceequel Time and Attendance, removing the need for companies to manage multiple solutions. Access data can be used independently or shared with Time and Attendance, Fire Register and Employee Tracking.
As part of the wider Ceequel Software Suite, Access Control shares a single database with modules including Time and Attendance, Human Resources and Operational Intelligence. Employee information is recorded once and used consistently across the entire system, creating a secure, accurate and connected source of workforce data. When an employee’s leaving date is entered, their access permissions can be automatically withdrawn from that date.
Access permissions can be configured for individuals, groups or shift patterns. Where required, access times can be linked directly to an employee’s working pattern, ensuring they can only enter designated areas at authorised times. Access can also be restricted when an employee returns following certain types of absence — a particularly valuable safeguard within food manufacturing and other compliance-led environments.
The result is a flexible and genuinely integrated access control solution that strengthens security, reduces administration and keeps access permissions aligned with real-time workforce information.
Access Control, Visitor Management and Fire Register
Ceequel Access Control works particularly well alongside Ceequel Visitor Management System and Ceequel Fire Register.

Vehicle Access
