Time & Attendance

From the implementation to the day to day running of your Time and Attendance function, ELF Productivity can provide a service which meets your requirements with ZERO I.T. and minimised clerical maintenance.

The implementation

Time & Attendance

Terminals will be located in strategic locations for employees to register their attendance. The transactions will be gathered real-time. The media for the terminals can be biometric fingerprint, proximity, barcode or even hand recognition and communications can be established via internet VPN (public facing IP address) or for remote locations GPRS (mobile phone data technology).

Company structure, shift patterns, rosters, holiday years, special company calculations will be set-up by your dedicated ELF consultant. All your employee details can even be entered into the system for you.

ELF Productivity Ltd will produce your Time & Attendance cards which can also double up as ID, Access Control or even cashless vending cards.

Information Technology

ELF Productivity Ltd will host the main application utilising the latest hardware and software providing the most reliable service and removing any I.T. associated costs and risks.

Manager Access
(Via any PC with Internet Access)

Each manager/supervisor has their own unique user name and password to access the employees they have been granted permission to.

They can access their employees clocking data, update attendance, complete exceptions, authorise holidays, view and modify employees by shift and future shifts (or rosters), run reports and export data to Excel, HTML, Text, CSV, XML or PDF. Shift changes can be completed or requested on line as part of the service. This can all be completed via any PC with internet access.

Employee Access
(Via any PC with Internet Access)

Each employee has their own unique user name and password and can access and edit (subject to permissions) their own records. Including clockings, hours worked, absences, holidays, personal details, flexi time balance (where applicable) and personal lateness. They can also request holidays, absences and shift changes which are passed for approval to their managers.

Weekly/monthly and yearly tasks

As part of the service your dedicated consultant will update your holiday years, shift pattern changes, schedule reports (e-mailed to a predefined list of addresses), provide bespoke reports, pass data to your existing payroll provider or complete the payroll calculation as part of the ELF service.
