Fully Managed

If you don't have a payroll department or an employee dedicated to payroll, then this is the service for you. All aspects of the payroll is taken care of by us, including revenue and employee enquiries, leaving you able to concentrate on the other important aspects of your business.

Complete Administration Service

If you have an employee dedicated to payroll, even for one day per pay period, this could be the option for your business. Information, such as hours and rates, are collated on spreadsheets and sent directly to us. We take care of all the hard work, including input to the system. We then process the the payments and return the payslips, to yourself or the employee.

Bureau Service - Single Point of Contact

If you have a payroll department and would prefer to handle your own data, then our standard Bureau Service is ideal for your business. A copy of our payroll bureau software is provided with this service, along with full support. You input all the data to the payroll system directly and send it to us for processing. We process the BACS payments and return the payslips to yourself, or the employee. You have unlimited access to run reports and update the system.

  • Payslips
    Typically we use a standard laser security payslip although we can print a payslip of your choice if required.
    We can supply an additional copy of each payslip. Additionally, previous payslips can be supplied on request.
  • Number of payments / deductions
    Our payroll bureau service can support any payment or deduction types. We also provide full support for spinal points.
  • P35s / P45s / P60s
    These forms are on the list of standard services of our payroll bureau service.
    Distribution of P45s / P60s to employees home address is also possibile.

Data Entry

Several data interfaces are supported

  • Paper based timesheets - Data is entered on the timesheet and faxed to us
  • Spreadsheets - Data is entered on the spreadsheet and emailed by the client
  • Online Data Entry - The client enters all starters and period changes on our bureau software. This method also allows the client to run on-line queries
  • Export of data from existing client software - The client exports data from their existing HR or T&A system.
