Ceequel® Payroll software provides a fully functional payroll processing and management system, which is integrated the Ceequel® Time & Attendance and Ceequel® Human Resources software, providing one point of entry.
The Ceequel® BACS module allows the user to directly transmit employee payments and deductions to BACS. Multiple bank accounts per employee is supported.
For users who already have a BACS payment system in place, our alternative payment module will provide the BACS payment files to be transmitted.
When pay awards are delayed, this module prodives a means of fully automating the back pay calculation over a user definable number of pay periods. Different increments can be applied by job grade and pay element.
Whilst the Ceequel® system can be provided fully integrated with our Time & Attendance module, facilities are made available to interface current period information from third party products.

The system can be customised to accommodate varying levels of access and security. Standard audit reports are available throughout the system, together with the ability to produce ad hoc reports through the integrated report writer. This module allows payroll parameterisation, maintenance of employee payroll details and payroll production. A large number of companies and payrolls can be maintained on each system. All entry of employee details and current period variations can be entered online, via batch input from other systems or via bulk update.

A full range of enquiry and reporting options are provided giving the user easy access to employee and management information. The system can also be customised to accommodate your specific need and varying levels of access and security.

The costing reports and interface can be defined simply at company level, or in more detail down to the allocation of an employees time over multiple cost codes with the facility to cost individual elements to a variety of expense codes.
