Ceequel® software is backed up by a comprehensive support package including on-site support. Should you wish to change any aspect of your time and attendance system, you can call upon ELF Productivity's experienced engineers to provide a fast response.

In most instances any issues with the Ceequel® system can resolved via our support desk and remote assistance. When it is not possible to resolve an issue using our help desk, we can arrange for one of our highly skilled engineers to visit your site and ensure smooth running of your time and attendance system

ELF Productivity can arrange hot swap agreements for any terminals used in your system minimising down time and disruption to your business.
