In most instances any issues with the Ceequel® system can quickly resolved via our support desk and remote assistance services. When it is not possible to resolve an issue using our help desk, we can arrange for one of our highly skilled engineers to visit your site and ensure the resumption of the smooth running of your time and attendance system.
We'll also arrange hot swap agreements for any terminals used in your system that can't be fixed on site thus minimising down time and disruption to your business.
