Help desk support is provided from our offices in Lancashire and the help desk is open 9.00 am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Since we place the highest priority on the needs of our clients, additional support can also be arranged outside these hours
Our system isn't automated and it isn't outsourced so you know you'll be speaking to people who can actually help. We also operate a three rings policy, where all calls are answered within three rings so you won't find yourself hanging around on the end of a line. All calls are logged and experience has taught us that 95% of issues are dealt with during that one call. Some calls will require remote access software and our target response time is always the same day.
