Though all our modules are extremely user-friendly, it's inevitable that any new system once installed will require training to use. We make it our business to make sure that you'll get your staff up to speed with the absolute minimum or disruption
Training will be offered to all staff expected to use the time and attendance system and will comprehensively cover all aspects of its use. Employees will be shown how to generate simple absence reports, set up new users, configure shift patterns, check and alter roster and holiday allocations.
All the training will be completed during the actual installation of the systems ensuring that your employees will be expert users even before the system goes live.
If that doesn't suit then we can also organise it for any other time on-site or alternatively at our Lancashire offices.
